Teammate

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Teammate to join our team. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys working with customers, representing a brand, and having a work schedule that combines a retail location with travel to weekend events.

As a part of the team, you will work at our retail location while also traveling to local and regional events on weekends to operate our mobile store. You will help set up and break down our tent/mobile retail space, engage with customers, recommend products, process sales, and create a positive customer experience. Potential for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled shifts at our retail location. 
• Travel to weekend events, markets, festivals, and other promotional opportunities.
• Set up and break down the mobile store, including tents, tables, displays, signage, and merchandise.
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
• Greet customers, learn their needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Process sales and payments accurately.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive retail and event setup.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, restocking, and transporting merchandise as needed.
• In store, accurately ship orders, input inventory, plus anything needing addressed
• Help create an engaging customer experience that encourages sales and repeat business.
• Be comfortable working independently at events while also being part of a team.
• Follow company procedures and represent the brand positively at all times.

• Sales-minded and comfortable approaching and talking with customers.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work weekends.
• Comfortable traveling to different event locations.
• Willing and able to assist with setting up and breaking down the mobile store.
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Previous retail, sales, event, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred/required depending on travel responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position. 
• Primarily scheduled around retail hours and weekend events.
• Travel is required for weekend mobile-store events.
• Compensation: Pay ranges $13-$18/hour, commission available, employee discounts on merchandise. 
• Gas reimbursement for travel, $10/hour for travel time, hotel & food stipend for extended trips.
